Alexa Fernando is a creative producer residing in Canada. She has a BA in Spanish, Minor in Chinese, and a Master's in Digital Media. She is a self-taught photographer with over 11 years of practice and has an extensive portfolio, including Google, Team Canada and Travel Alberta. She currently works for Overbudget Inc. as part of their creative team and helps in visually communicating the brand and stories behind Grant van Gameren's group of restaurants: Bar Raval, Bar Isabel, Victor Dries, El Rey, Harry's, and Tennessee Tavern.
Alexa is also a culinary graduate from George Brown College. She does recipe development, food styling and food photography. She likes to get creative in her own kitchen, bringing people together through food, including pop-ups in Calgary, Vancouver and New York.
Alexa is available for brand collaborations, commissioned projects, monthly retainers, and consulting services. She is based in Toronto but is open to national and international clients. She travels where the stories are.
